1. Website and Service


  1. Use of the Nectar Daily Deals service (the “Service”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) for sale by Group Commerce and purchase by you of the vouchers (the ‘Voucher’) the eCodes (‘eCode’) and products (“Products”) via the website: www.nectardailydeals.com (the “Website”). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service. Purchase of a Voucher, eCode and/or Product indicates your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms affect your rights and liabilities and therefore you should read them carefully and ensure that you understand them.
  2. When you purchase Voucher(s) and/or eCodes and/or Product(s) from the Website, you enter into a legally binding contract (the “Contract”) with G Commerce London Limited, International Press Centre, 76 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3JB (“Group Commerce”, “We” or “Us” or “Our”) who are supplying the service on behalf of Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Limited who run the Nectar programme.
  3. When you register with this Service, you will receive a daily email which will set out consumer discount offers. You will have the opportunity to buy a Voucher/ eCode or Product. To redeem such an offer or buy a Product which will be dispatched to you directly. Purchases may be made by credit or debit cards via the Website. To use the Service you must be 18 years of age or over.

2. Account Registration


  1. To register you need to supply us with your name and email address. All accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address. You may not register an account in anyone else’s name or email address, and we may require you to re-validate your account if we believe an invalid email address has been used.
  2. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking the link allowing you to de-register on the Website.
  3. We reserve the right to decline a new registration or to cancel an account at any time by sending you an email notifying you of our intention to do so.

3. Basis of the Contract


  1. The Contract for us to sell you the Voucher(s) and/or eCodes and/or Product(s) is made on these Terms when we accept an order made by you via our Website (the “Contract”). The description of the Voucher(s) and/or eCodes and/or Product(s), the price, VAT, insurance and delivery costs are set out on the order page. We will confirm acceptance of your order on-screen if full payment is received.
  2. We may in our sole discretion from time to time vary the nature of the deals from those advertised without notice to you, so long as these variations are not material alterations.

4. Purchase of Vouchers/eCodes/Products


  1. The offer and purchase of your Voucher(s) and/or eCodes and/or Product(s) is governed by these Terms. Once you have redeemed the Voucher and/or eCode and/or Product, the terms and conditions of the supplier of the services or products (the “Supplier”) will apply and all obligations going forward are the responsibility of the Supplier. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the Website or the Service meet your specific requirements.
  2. When you make an order for the Voucher(s) and/or eCodes and/or Product(s), we will check the offer availability, and if available process your order and take payment. Upon successful receipt of full payment we will send you an acknowledgment email to the email address you provided when registering with Nectar Daily Deals unless you provided a different email address at checkout, or if not registered with Nectar Daily Deals to the email address you provided on checkout.
  3. The supply of each Voucher/eCode/Product is subject to availability. Each Voucher/eCode/Product is limited per person and amount may vary dependant on the deal. In addition you can also ‘Buy a Gift’ of each Voucher/eCode/Product. Gifts cannot be sent to your own email address.
  4. You must have your Voucher number(s) to redeem your Voucher(s). Such Voucher number may only be used once. You must print out your Voucher(s) and show them to the Supplier at time of redemption, not at time of booking. You must also remember your pin code (provided in confirmation email) which is to be given at the time of redemption.
  5. eCodes may only be used once. You must insert the eCode at the time of redemption in the Supplier’s checkout screens.
  6. All quoted prices include VAT at the then current rate.
  7. Voucher(s) and or eCodes remain the property of the Supplier named on them.
  8. Once you have made a purchase of an offer, the Voucher(s)/eCodes(s) can be redeemed by you from the Supplier. The Supplier is solely responsible for providing the products or services advertised on the Voucher(s)/eCodes(s). Dates on which you can redeem your Voucher/ eCode is subject to availability at the particular Supplier.
  9. Reproduction, sale, resale or trade of the Voucher(s)/eCodes(s) is prohibited. Any attempt to carry out any of these will potentially void the Voucher(s)/eCodes(s) at our sole discretion.
  10. Us, Nectar and the Supplier are not responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers/eCodes(s).
  11. Each Voucher/ eCode expires on the date specified on the Voucher/ eCode and is not redeemable after the expiry date.

5. Price of the Voucher(s)/Products


  1. Charges for transport, packaging and insurance are detailed on the order page and will be included in the total price payable for the Voucher(s) and/or eCode and/or Products at checkout.

6. Terms of Payment


  1. We will charge your credit/debit card account for payment upon receipt of order as long as there is availability of the particular Voucher(s)/eCodes(s)/Product(s). Upon receipt of full payment from your credit/debit card account we will accept your order by sending an acknowledgment email.
  2. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the Voucher(s) and/or eCodes(s) and/or Product(s) from your credit/debit card account, we will not accept your order. You will be notified of this onscreen.
  3. We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data without our reasonable knowledge, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this Website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.

7. Delivery


  1. We will deliver the Product(s) to the address you specified as the delivery address in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Product(s) once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. We can only arrange delivery of Product(s) to postal addresses within the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
  2. We will aim to deliver the Product(s)/Voucher(s)/eCode(s) within the quoted time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, We will contact you to advise you that the delivery date will have to be extended.
  3. We will deliver the Voucher(s)/eCode(s) to the email address you provided when registering with Nectar Daily Deals unless you provided a different email address at checkout or if not registered with Nectar Daily Deals to the email address you provided on checkout. The Voucher/eCode(s) will be sent within the acknowledgment of order email immediately after placing your order.

8. Risk and Ownership


  1. Risk of damage to or loss of the Product(s) passes to you at the time of delivery to you or, if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when We tried to deliver.
  2. Risk of damage to or loss of the Voucher(s)/eCode(s) passes to you at the time of delivery to your email address.

9. Cancellations


  1. You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing your order provided the applicable Voucher and/or eCode and/or Product has not been redeemed/used.
  2. To request a refund email support@nectardailydeals.zendesk.com with the subject "Refund for xxx deal" and include the following details:
    • Name of the deal
    • City in which the deal ran
    • Email address used to make the purchase; and
    • Brief message explaining request for refund
  3. Orders of Voucher(s)/eCode(s)must be cancelled and claims for refunds made in writing to support@nectardailydeals.zendesk.com and the unused Voucher(s)/eCode(s) returned to Us prior to any refunds being processed. Vouchers/eCodes will be cancelled upon request of refund.
  4. Orders of Product(s) must be cancelled and claims for refunds made in writing to support@nectardailydeals.zendesk.com and the unused Product(s) returned to the Supplier in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase prior to any refunds being processed. It is your responsibility to pay for the delivery cost and insurance cost if required of returning the Product(s) to the Supplier, please see individual Supplier’s terms and conditions for full details. If the item is faulty upon arrival then the supplier must be notified within 48 hours and the item will be collected free of charge and a replacement issued. If the item is faulty after 28 days of delivery, then it is your responsibility to pay for the return delivery cost and insurance cost.

  6. We will provide a refund in the event of your cancellation of your Voucher(s)/eCode(s)/Product(s) in accordance with these Terms and the terms and conditions of the Supplier. The refund will be for the price paid by you for the offer less any delivery and insurance costs.
  7. Refunds for Product(s) will be issued as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date you give notice of your cancellation or request a refund, as applicable provided any Product has been returned unused and in its original state Refunds for Voucher(s)/eCode(s) will be issued as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date you give notice of your cancellation or request a refund, as applicable provided that Voucher(s)/eCode(s) haven’t already been redeemed and goods or services already consumed directly with the Supplier. Refunds will only be made directly to the account from which the payment was originally taken.
  8. You can choose for the refund to either be made:
    • to the bank account of the debit/credit card originally used to purchase the applicable Voucher(s)/eCode(s)/Product(s); or
    • as a credit to your Nectar Daily Deals account if you have already registered for an account (“Credit”). Such Credit can be used to purchase other deal(s) on Nectar Daily Deals as part or full payment. Such Credit must be used within six months of the Credit being credited to your account. If such Credit is not used within this period then the Credit will be lost and will be no longer available to use.

10. Liability


  1. We and Nectar will not be liable to you in connection with any contract, in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data that your business may suffer.
  2. We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
  3. We and Nectar seek to continually improve the Service, so changes may be made at any time to the Service, the Website and these Terms by us or Nectar. Reasonable commercial endeavours shall be used to keep the Website up to date but the information and specifications given are for your information only and are subject to change without notice. Pictures on the Website are generally accurate but variations may occur.
  4. The content of the Website is directed solely at those who access it from addresses within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man. 5. We assume no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which this Website links.
